Add a “Command Prompt Here” option to your right-click/context menu in Windows Explorer and on the Desktop, which of course opens cmd.exe and changes path to the current directory in Windows Explorer. The option did already exist if you held the SHIFT key down when right-clicking the background of Windows Explorer, but this was replaced by PowerShell in Windows 10; and besides, you had to hold down SHIFT (with this .reg addition, you do not.) ...
