The majority of the Foolish IT staff will be in Austin, Texas for the week of 10/31/2016-11/07/2016 with our booth at the SpiceWorld 2016 Austin event. We will not be having our Foolish Tech Show during this week and support responses may be slightly delayed compared to normal operation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in advanced, however, we want to assure you that any issues and concerns will be taken care of accordingly in the order they came in. Phone support/call-backs will not be available during this time, but leave a message with your email address and we will contact you back and address your questions/concerns via email. Otherwise please use our Contact Us page here or our other various support options such as the portal or forums! We will still have staff managing incoming requests and some of the staff will be assisting from Austin remotely at various times as well.
