dAffinity was developed to give users better control over the CPU Affinity (and CPU Priority) of running programs, allowing the opportunity to easily and automatically assign CPU Affinity and Priority to multiple programs at once.
CPU or Processor affinity enables the binding and unbinding of a process to a specific CPU or range of CPUs, so the process will execute only on the designated CPUs.
Using this utility essentially allows you to easily assign different processor cores to specific software. If you don’t know why anyone would do such a thing, this software is not for you.
Free Edition Features:
- Easily change CPU Affinity and CPU Priority of multiple processes at once!
Purchase to Unlock Features:
- SAVE your customized configuration!
- Automatically APPLY configuration on startup!
- Start and Continuously Monitor in the BACKGROUND!
- Check for UPDATES!
Usage Notes:
Use the CTRL key to select multiple processes.
It is never a good idea to set ANY process to “Realtime” Priority, but some people want it, so the option is there.
Works with Windows XP – Windows 11, and Windows Server OS versions. Supports up to 128 logical CPUs. Contact us if that isn’t enough…
NOTE: Please try the FREE edition before you purchase, to ensure dAffinity works with the processes you need to control. Some processes running under the Local System or Network Service accounts cannot be controlled.
