Changes:
- This release re-introduces the Offline tab from d7II, including Locksmith, Offline Registry Editing, Malware Search Tool, IFEO Modifier, and more.
- Enabled optional update system; most future app updates will be optional.
- Fixed some shell extensions installed by d7x which were breaking after a d7x update.
- Fixed some extra URL encoding when searching from internal Event Viewer.
