UPDATE: this issue has been resolved in d7x v22.8.9 and Tweaky v22.8.5.2. Currently there is an issue with the “Set Time Zone” feature of both d7x and Tweaky on the latest builds of Windows 11, causing Explorer.exe to constantly restart (even after reboot.)
