There is an issue with D7 crashing during startup on some systems in recent versions, and currently I cannot isolate the specific issue. In the mean time, the download (and update) links for D7 have been reverted to v8.5.50 which is known stable. Integrated into both D7’s malware page, and dSupportSuite’s Maintenance routine, the apps can now fully automate the updating and scanning of the command line version of Microsoft Security Essentials (if installed) or Windows Defender (if MSSE is not installed.)
