That’s right! If you have a current subscription to dCloud (used with the original d7 Premium) we want YOU to have d7II!
We greatly appreciate your long standing loyalty, and part of our commitment to you is to ensure you are supported with the best and most current tools in the industry!
Step 1: Contact us! Be sure to include your d7 Premium product key and your dCloud username (both available from within d7 Config) and also your original Paypal billing email address (and current, if changed) that is used for your current dCloud subscription, if possible.
Step 2: Do nothing more, except follow our instructions to setup d7II (we’ll email you.) Your current dCloud subscription, MUST be actively maintained (and billed) in order to continue your complimentary d7II upgrade subscription.
*** Note: in some cases you may pay less for d7II than you did for dCloud (if you subscribed at the last dCloud rate, and if you also qualify for the d7II single technician license.) In this event simply purchase a new d7II subscription the normal way via our main page, and let us know that you want to discontinue your dCloud account. From there we can cancel your dCloud subscription, or you can do that yourself with instructions on this page.
Requirements: You MUST have a valid d7 Premium license, and you MUST have an active subscription to the dCloud service (a recurring billing account in good standing) or a one-time lifetime subscription purchase to qualify for the upgrade, and you are REQUIRED to trade-in your dCloud server account for the upgrade (i.e. your dCloud server account will be removed.)
Notice to dSupportSuite users: (Potential Deal-Breaker!) If you use dCloud to host dSupportSuite deployments/configurations, you are REQUIRED to migrate to self-hosted FTP in order to take advantage of this offer. Your dCloud server account will be removed, which will break the update process of any dSupportSuite client software deployments that have not been migrated!
