- New feature: User can now view event log alerts recorded by dSS through the main interface and choose to email the errors logged directly to the admin when the new setting is enabled (Config > Notifications > View Errors Link.)
- When errors are recorded but have not been sent to the admin (in real-time) the View Errors link will appear next to the RED BALL in the main user interface.
- The email event log alerts in real-time setting must be disabled to collect event log errors for this feature.
- New feature: Added configuration setting for the Heartbeat email that forces a user prompt to send the email with event log errors if they exist (this opens the same interface as the previous feature mention.)
- When this setting is enabled and if no event log errors exist, the user will NOT be prompted and the heartbeat email will NOT be sent.
- The email event log alerts in real-time setting must be disabled to collect event log errors for this feature.
- Added Experience Pack version to the PC health info block when Windows 10 or later is detected.
- Fixed alert emails not containing LAN IP address.
- Fixed an issue with Microsoft Store Apps being reported as newly installed (even when they aren’t) with every heartbeat (NOTE: this will occur one more time after the fix has rolled out.)
- Also changed the format the store apps are reported as “NAME (VENDOR)” when both values are present, rather than the reporting by unique “ProgramID” alone.
- Fixed emails sent from d7x-installed copies of dSS which previously did not reflect the client name in the subject of alert emails. If the client name is not configured on that PC, then the email subject displays only the feature that sent the email (e.g. “Heartbeat”)
